Box beams with an invisible corner seam, built from real timber to your drawings in any size and profile.

The corner seam you will never find.

Every beam starts as real timber and a drawing. A miter-lock joint carries the grain around every corner and locks it there, so the finished piece reads as solid timber from every angle, at a fraction of the weight.

The hollow core is not just lighter. It swallows steel, blocking, and wiring, which is why architects bring us the beams other shops turn down. Builders sometimes call these beam wraps; ours are the real-timber kind.

Eight cedar finishes, or ship it unstained.

Cedar is the species we stain, and these eight finishes are the palette, hand-applied in the shop. Every other species ships unstained, ready for your finisher to set the color on site.

The skin is real timber in the species the project calls for: white oak, plain or thermally modified or hand hewn, Douglas fir, white pine, poplar, and ash. Here it is at work in finished rooms.
