This policy describes how The Beam Shop (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website and in the course of working with you.
When you contact us or start a project through the site, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your project, including any drawings, photos, or files you send. Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies or similar analytics tools, to understand how the site is used.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and drawings, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, and communicate with you about your project. If you ask to hear from us about our work, we will use your email for that purpose and stop when you tell us to. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, and delivery partners, and only as needed to do their work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We keep project records, including correspondence and drawings, for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations, then delete or archive them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Write to info@beamshopnc.com and we will take care of it. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies; the site will still work.
This site may link to other websites, such as the manufacturers whose lines we carry. Their privacy practices are their own. Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
